Voices Behind the Scenes

Our student directors share how leading a production has deepened their understanding of storytelling and teamwork. They reflect on the challenges of guiding peers and the satisfaction of bringing a script to life.
Each director highlights unique lessons learned, from managing rehearsals to interpreting characters. Their insights reveal the growth and dedication that youth theater fosters beyond the spotlight.

These young musicians have prepared 5 breathtaking music pieces for you listed below, and additional surprise pieces. Led by student conductor and director Damien Valdez.

Two available dates and times: Saturday March 21st at 1:00pm, Saturday April 25th at 7:00pm
Prices for adults range from $12-$8, teens $8-$6, and Kids ages 4-11 $5. Kids 3 and under are free.

Our Youth Concert Band is a year round club that offers a free space for youth musicians who love band to come together and show off their skills. This is a student led club for ages 13-17.

  • How do I audition for a youth theater play?

    Audition notices for all youth productions are posted on our Auditions & Volunteer page. No prior experience is required for youth auditions (ages 12-18).

  • What are the typical ticket prices for youth shows?

    Tickets for youth shows are generally $10–$15 for Adults, $8–$12 for Teens (12-17), and $5–$10 for Kids (4-11).

  • What is the Pay-It-Forward program?

    The Pay-It-Forward program allows patrons to donate unused tickets so that local youth and families in need can experience live theater.
